Logifleet implements a variety of security measures — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to protect your information from loss, theft, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. Examples of such measures include encrypted transfer of data via SSL and personnel access to databases containing personal information is restricted and requires two-step authentication. Information may be shared with third-party service providers or strategic partners that work with Logifleet to provide and/or improve products and services, or that help Logifleet market to customers. These companies need to protect your information.
It may also be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for Logifleet to disclose your personal information.
We may also release your information if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
